The Marketing and Sales Support Manager will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing and sales efforts, ensuring the smooth coordination of activities and maximizing the effectiveness of our branding across the regions, globally. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused approach. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in marketing and sales support, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of marketing trends and best practices. This person will work closely with the Marketing team in Paris and you will collaborate with multiple teams to drive growth, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to the overall success of our company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • New brands identification and deep knowledge of existing clients (brand portfolios).
  • Regional marketing studies and data on trends, products launches, competition.
  • Participate in customer strategy roadmap and creation of dedicated tools (presentations, samples, mock ups, 3D renderings, comps, etc).
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and sales materials to ensure consistency with the brand image and messaging.
  • Standardizing Portfolios & Catalogs (retail, blending & filling, sampling, plants specific, etc).
  • Outreach support (creation of email, client targeting identifying brands & design and presenting/reporting).
  • Organize Pop up events & Trade Show preparation.
  • Day to day "go to in office sales support.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing and sales support roles, with a track record of driving growth and contributing to business success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, SEO, and social media platforms.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and marketing automation tools to manage leads and campaigns effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
  • Creative thinker with a customer-centric approach to marketing and sales support.
  • Knowledge of the cosmetic and fragrance market is a plus.
  • Fluent in French is a plus.
