GENERALIST AT A GLOBAL FINTECH FIRM
Base Salary is $125K to $200K (based upon candidate and experience)

Global FinTech Firm is looking for an individual with proven academic excellence to join its growing organization as a Generalist. In this role, you are considered for one of several departments at the firm, including Corporate Development, Investor Relations, Legal & Compliance, the COO Group, and Risk, where you work on challenging, high-impact projects.

The firm has returned to the office in a hybrid model based out of its NYC Headquarter Offices where employees will be in the office Tuesdays through Thursdays, with the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. U.S. employees must be fully vaccinated unless they have an approved medical or religious exemption.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's Degree required
Zero to Five (0-5) years of experience and a demonstrated remarkable talent in their academic and/or professional endeavors
Effective communicator and critical thinker who takes a highly analytical approach to problem solving
Excel at managing multiple projects
Motivated by a desire to learn and an interest in taking on new challenges

Overview of Responsibilities
You will be matched with a particular department at the firm. While your specific responsibilities will depend on your placement, you will tackle exciting business problems by performing research and conducting rigorous analysis using both quantitative and qualitative methods. You will use your current strengths to innovate and make recommendations that impact the way we operate, and you will build new skills that help shape the course of your career. You will play a role in our success while gaining exposure to our businesses and receiving coaching and mentoring from accomplished colleagues. •
