• Develop comprehensive documentation for our E-learning products, including user manuals, online help, and instructional guides.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency across all documentation.
• Stay updated with product changes to ensure all documentation is current.
• Incorporate multimedia elements (e.g., videos, graphics) to enhance user understanding.
• Gather feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve documentation processes.
• Help reduce the contact volume by helping customers self-serve their information needs.
• Curate content and develop strategies to provide a unified experience to users.

• Minimum four to five years of proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably in the E-learning domain.
• Strong proficiency in creating diverse types of documents tailored to different audiences.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to comprehend and translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
• Familiarity with documentation tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and respond to changes quickly based on documented results and metrics.
