Duties:
- Responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies and work on channel development, driving top-in-class engagement
- Expertise in message development, and end-to-end communications planning
- A holistic understanding of landscape of social media channels, strategies, emerging platforms, and audiences within those channels
- Ability to create a roadmap that includes channel strategy, content strategy, and technology platforms and tools.
- Work in collaboration with internal and external communication teams, technologists, leaders, and other stakeholders to successfully uncover stories and create a pipeline of engaging content that maps to Client Indias priorities
- Monitor social trends and proactively highlight opportunities for growth and engagement
- Regular reporting to wider organization on current community trends, channel/content performance and innovation/idea recommendations to lift performance
- Conceptualize and design social media collaterals, hands-on experience with Adobe CS, Figma, or similar tools.

Required Skills :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a social media community management role
- Understanding of and ability to manage digital marketing.
- Grasp of digital tools and platforms : social listening (brandwatch), publishing (wordpress, sprout), analytics (tableau), etc.
- Understanding social media usage, platforms, content, measurement, and paid and organic best practices
- Independent creation and successful execution of community-focused marketing campaigns with one or more specific business goals (growth, engagement, retention, reactivation, revenue)
- Experience building brands on social media (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Snapchat etc.) with a proven track record of community growth and engagement
- Exposure to internal, external, paid and shared communications is important
- Comfortable working on multiple projects at a time moving fluidly between projects and programs with different stakeholders
- Effective time management and project management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, detail-oriented, design-first thinking
