Communications Support Executive

Tasks and responsibilities:

You will be under the responsibility of a manager who will help you to identify your professional objectives and support you in the development of your skills.

You will contribute to the following main activities:

Support the communication engagement with audiences cross channel:

        Help to identify opportunities to communicate effectively the company's purpose and ambitions among key audiences

        Support channel animation and content distribution (social media, web, media relations)

        Support processes and manage logistics

        Support the team on event management and delivery

        Support HO Public Affairs and Communication with process approvals and administration  

Skills & Prerequisites:

You have the following knowledge and skills:

      Knowledge of multi-channel communications deliverables: emailers, newsletter, web, social media content

      Strategic understanding of communication and reaching target audiences

      Confident communication skills

      A keen interest in digital communication: emerging digital channels and technologies

      Project management knowledge: strategic planning, follow up tasks/resources, risk evaluation, agile methodology.

      Able to respond to challenges by generating results, getting feedback, and improving based on that feedback

      Proficient in digital tools (such as G-Suite, Adobe Suite (plus)

      Knowledge of and interest in the aerospace industry will be an advantage

      Event management skills/ aptitude

        Passion about communication and with a strong curiosity on the social media ecosystem

Language skills:

        English: Solid oral & written
