Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an exceptional M365 Systems Engineer to join our team.

Goals:

The primary role of the M365 System Engineer is to deliver exceptional customer service while managing and maintaining our customer environments.

As a M365 System Engineer this role requires a good range of technical capabilities in line with technologies we manage for our customers as well as the ability to troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in an M365 role
• Strong Understanding and Working experience in Microsoft and other Key Security Domains:
• Knowledgeable of M365 Admin Centres, configurations, tools, processes, and operations
• Manage Microsoft Endpoint Management (Intune etc)
• Manage Microsoft 365 security and threat management.
• Manage Microsoft 365 governance and compliance.
• Manage Microsoft 365 Defender Suite
• M365 environments and technologies (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, TEAMS, Defender etc.)
• Hybrid Environments that 365 Services
• ITIL certification

Appropriate Tertiary qualifications and/or IT Industry Certifications with “Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert” as mandatory or have one of the following prerequisites:

• Endpoint Administrator Associate
• Messaging Administrator Associate
• Teams Administrator Associate
• Identify and Access Administrator Associate
• Information Protection and Compliance Administrator Associate
• Any other valid Microsoft certificate is desired

Desired Experience but not mandatory:

• Previous experience within a Managed Services Provider (MSP)
• Understanding of Microsoft 365 lighthouse / Partner Centre
• Wintel experience around servers and Active directory services
• Microsoft development experience with GRAPH, PowerShell scripting, GitHub, Power Apps
• Implement Microsoft/Office 365 services.
• Access & Privilege Cloud Platforms
