Due to continuous growth, we are looking for an exceptional Infrastructure Systems Engineer to join our team.

You will be part of a talented team of engineers that demonstrate superb technical competency, delivering mission critical infrastructure and ensuring the highest levels of availability, performance, and security.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in an Infrastructure Support role.
  • Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft server operating system - 2012 or above.
  • Microsoft Active Directory (DNS, DHCP, Site &Services, GPO)
  • Microsoft Exchange 2013 or above
  • VMware vSphere 6.0 or above / Hyper V
  • Background in IT, computer systems engineering, or systems engineering and analysis.


Desired skills & experience required for this role:

  • Backup Technologies, including Commvault, Veaam, Backup Exec
  • NAS experience
  • Network fundamentals
  • Anti-Virus Technologies, including Symantec, Trend and Sophos
  • Citrix and RDS services
  • Web & Email Proxy Services including zScaler, MimeCast

Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical infrastructure support.
  • Manage and resolve client incidents and requests to meet required SLA’s working from a queue and assigned tickets.
  • Amend and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base for blueAPACHE customer environments.
  • Provide an escalation point for the level one support teams.
  • Help build out, maintain and troubleshoot our rapidly expanding infrastructure.
  • Adhere to Incident, Security, Problem and Change Management processes as per blueAPACHE customer standards (ITIL Framework).
  • To provide after hours on-call assistance and/or escalation on a rotating basis.
  • Comply with bA information security policies and procedures at all times.
