Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer with Java expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain embedded software systems, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient issue resolution.

Below will be your job responsibilities, as in the position of an Embedded Software Engineer – Java,

  • Participate in the design, development, and maintenance of embedded software systems using Java.
  • Assist in code reviews and ensure code quality and standards are maintained.
  • Conduct unit and component tests to ensure software reliability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics and telecommunication Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in Java programming and embedded software development.
  • Proficiency in Java, including class handling and JVM management (standard Oracle JDK).
  • Experience with Protocol Buffers (protobuf) or similar protocol.
  • Familiarity with Enterprise Architect and Eso Trace Viewer.
  • Knowledge of version control systems (GIT/Bitbucket) and issue tracking tools (JIRA).
  • Experience with continuous integration tools (Jenkins) and static code analysis tools (Klocwork).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
