Strong CRM functional expertise on:
CRM Service Transactions
CRM Service process knowledge
o Install base data Serialised Device Sales leading to SAP ECC Equipment and Replication to CRM install Base
o Contracts Billing of the Rental Services, Link to Ibase for use in Contract Determination on the Service Operation Transactions, Auto-Renewing the Contracts as they come up to Expiry.
o Complaint/Repair orders for Supplying the Rental Devices, Receiving & Repairing Returned Devices
o As well as the normal Consultant task of Requirements, Spec, Unit testing we'll also need them to help with End User Training and Go Live Cutover tasks as well.
Should be aware of standard service and repair scenarios
Past experience in rental process will be an added advantage
Past implementation experience and should not be have experience only on production support
The consultant will be responsible for:
a. Solution Design Configuration
b. Gap Enhancement up to Functional Spec stage
c. Taking the solutions
d. Training the Trainer (Super-user)
e. Working Data conversion with Super User,
f. Working UAT with Super User and
g. Working the Go Live and initial period with Super and End users.
Excellent communication skills as the consultant will need to do customer facing activities, requirement gathering and user training capabilities
