Duties

The Opportunity

The mission of the Client Campaign Managed Cloud Services Team was created to ensure customer success and to reduce Total Cost of Ownership through:
  • Standard, validated, optimized and fully governed deployment architectures
  • Prevention and resolution of performance issues through measuring and alerting
  • Proactive performance management and optimization through periodic service reviews
  • Transition Management to help advise and shepherd customers through major infrastructure events
  • Upgrade advisory services to ensure the client gets the most from their Campaign implementation and upgrade successfully
  • Faster issue resolution through optimized issue handling process and standardized runbooks
  • Advisory services provided by client-knowledgeable aligned (not dedicated) technical and functional authorities
  • Marketers are increasingly relying on Client to help them solve their biggest challenges and increase dedication, retention, acquisition, and revenue.
  • As an Experience Optimization Consultant, your main responsibility will be to help customers realize these goals through the use of Campaign Classic's sophisticated marketing platform.
  • You will help customers solve complex technical challenges through advisory service engagements, such as integrating multiple data systems, enabling real-time decisioning for millions of customers, and connecting customers to all the products in the Client Experience Cloud. The ultimate goal of the team is to mitigate technical issues *before* they occur downstream.
  • Your understanding of databases, programming languages, and web technologies will enable you to translate business requirements into authoritative recommendations that will ultimately make our customers lives easier while using Client Campaign.
  • Your knowledge of Campaign Classic will allow you to be the authority of our software, instructing customers on standard methodologies and offer well thought out guidance and recommendations.
  • To other internal groups at Client you will be the voice of the customer and pass on feedback from the field.
  • Build referenceable customers who are eager to share their successes with the marketing community
Skills
What You'll Do
Technical leadership of Clients Campaign Managed Cloud program
  • Review, diagnose, make recommendations, and develop solutions for our Campaign customers using database technologies, programming languages, web technologies, and Campaign Classic knowledge - This is a hands-on technical role
  • Collaborate with other Client consultants from Campaign, Infrastructure Ops, Engineering and other Experience Cloud software to craft solutions that increase customer retention, dedication, and experience
  • Enable customers and partners on Adobe Campaign Classic standard methodologies through a combination of side-by-side mentoring, remote enablement, and delivering recommendations
  • Deliver successful service reviews, health checks, and advisory services
What You Need to Succeed
  • Eagerness to learn new applications of traditional technologies
  • Fanatical about customer experience and tenacious at driving long-term customer value.
  • Passionate about participating in a rapidly growing team with evolving responsibilities
  • Ability to articulate and convey technical concepts to a mixed audience of senior technical and business executives
  • Proficiency in implementing enterprise software
  • Proficiency in SQL development including ETL solutions
  • Proficiency in scripting/programming (JavaScript preferred)
  • Familiarity with XML
  • Proficiency with Adobe Campaign or other email or cross-channel marketing platforms
  • Willingness to work different shifts including night shift
  • Proficiency in foreign languages like Japanese & French are added advantage.

  • Experience Optimization Consultants are provided opportunities to collaborate with customers not only in technical areas but also in business areas
  • Provide guidance to customers in email marketing and omni-channel standard methodologies
  • Capture and document customer difficulties, business requirements, and use cases to develop optimization plans that delivers value to the customer through their use of Adobe Campaign
