Job Description
The Role:
Assist the Production Manager in organizing and monitoring overall activities and coordination for production lines of the Production Department.
- Ensure that manufacturing is performed properly in an optimal capacity as per relevant specifications/instructions.
- Prepare and approve SOPs relating to production operations and ensure their strict implementation.
- Check the maintenance of Production premises and equipment.
- Ensure production equipment qualification and process validations are done.
- Responsible for training Production personnel and frontline staff.
- Participate in change control, deviation, CAPA, QRM, supplier evaluation, validation, and other quality-related activities.
- Work with the R&D department on production trials for new products.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
If you are ...
- Bachelor's degree major in Pharmacy, Food, Biology, Chemistry, or equivalent science discipline.
- At least 3 years of manufacturing experience in the food or pharmaceutical or OEM/ODM Manufacturing industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff members and develop a culture of operational excellence.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to accept temporary responsibilities outside of the initial job description.
- Excellent team spirit, positive thinking, and goal-oriented spirit.
