About the job: Our client needs a Change Management Leader to guide a team of data scientists and analysts to a new AWS EMR platform!

You will lead the effort and understand the change management requirements to effectively engage and transition a team of 300-400 users to a new environment.

Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to migrate teams from on-prem to cloud based AWS EMR
• Understand the human side of change management, and how to create buy in for a new solution.
• IAM understanding.
• Understand SAS and EMR analytic platforms.
• Strong knowledge of Data Warehouse.
• Manage and lead a team working on the data transition.
• Ability to scale projects.

Minimum Job Qualifications:

• Knowledge of SAS and AWS EMR
• Background working for a financial service industry-- prefer working with credit fraud and collections
• Excellent communication skills and process management skills
• Ability to manage teams and set/meet deadlines
• BS degree in a related field
