We are currently seeking Full Time Physician Assistants to join the Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery Service. These candidates will work within a physician and multi-service practice environment; they will work in the operating room providing autonomous and collaborative based patient care, as well as, providing both inpatient and outpatient care. There will be a strong emphasis of this job that relates to first assisting in the operating room.
PA candidate must be a graduate of an accredited PA program. NCCPA board certification, New Jersey license or qualification for state licensure is required Ideal candidate will have a NYS License as well. Preferably, this candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in reconstructive plastic surgery but strong new graduates will be considered. The ideal candidate will be a team player, flexible, possesses excellent communication skills, be proactive and have a genuine interest in the field of reconstructive surgery. This candidate must also possess the ability to manage time and stress effectively as it pertains to the operating room setting.
