We’re building the world’s first visual modelling solution for corporate structures and transactions. Our mission is to transform the way that professionals work with complex information. Taking what’s traditionally found in impenetrable, text-based legal documents, StructureFlow enables users to dynamically collate, visualise and model information holistically, enabling professionals to cut through complexity through the power of visual working.   

StructureFlow has just secured Series A funding. We are growing fast and are at an exciting stage of scaling up. We have great traction today, working with over 50 highly engaged international law firms including 3/5 of the UK Magic Circle and a sizable segment of the US AMLAW 200. 

As a Senior Product Manager at StructureFlow, you will be primarily responsible for managing a subset of the StructureFlow product capabilities, ensuring that the application we create delivers exceptional outcomes for our users and exceptional value for the StructureFlow business.  

The users of our platform are leading lawyers, accountants and finance professionals who have rigorous standards in terms of the approach to their work and the technology they use to help them accomplish it.  You will be someone who can immerse themselves fully the challenges faced by our clients and solve them in ways that delight them and make StructureFlow a must have product in their toolkit. 

StructureFlow has a dynamic, remote-first culture. We will provide all equipment for working from home, and our office in Central London offers a working space to use if you need or want it. 

Requirements

You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer you will develop and drive product strategy and roadmap delivery through a deep understanding of our clients, the competition, the market, and StructureFlow’s business goals and vision.  You will work closely with all functions in StructureFlow to bring a high-quality product that meets the needs to our target market.  You will also be expected to conduct market research, user feedback, data analysis, and competitive benchmarking to validate and prioritise product decisions, as well as communicate and present product updates and results to internal and external stakeholders.  

You will: 

  • Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for the allocated elements of the StructureFlow product, ensuring good design, technical feasibility and alignment with the overall product strategy. 
  • Represent the customer within the technology team, articulating the problem to be solved, high-level requirements and what success looks like for the customer. 
  • Collaborate with a variety of stakeholders, from the wider team at StructureFlow to our clients and prospects, to discover and understand the key pain points and outcomes that we need to focus and deliver on, now and in the future. 
  • Drive action throughout the organization to get our solutions built and out to market, including planning and executing feature launches in collaboration with commercial and customer facing teams. 
  • Provide insights on the product, market, and competitors, articulating how this drives changes in strategy and execution, and acting as the go-to person that knows how we will delight our clients and win against the competition. 
  • Establish a solid framework of metrics and transparency around them that will tell us if we’re going in the right direction, using data to drive growth, enable other teams and ensure our clients are getting what they need. 
  • Identify opportunities to buy or partner with third-parties, where we can enhance our capabilities through technology, data or specialist skills outside of StructureFlow. 
  • Support the CPO in established or continuously improving product processes, systems and software solutions to enable efficient and effective operation of the product team. 
  • Be a great team player that will help to get things done and encourage everyone on the team to be the best they can. 
  • Help build the culture the product team, including coaching and mentoring of more junior members of the team. 

You will have: 

  • A desire to delight customers – you’ll have a deep understand of their needs but also help them to see what the future might bring as our product evolves. 
  • A strong track record of product management – you’ll operate at a strategic level and have owned the roadmap and strategy for products that have delighted customers and delivered on commercial goals. 
  • Ability to spin many plates and adapt when needed – maintaining focus when there is a lot to do but also making sure that when things change everyone understands the evolution in strategy and delivery. 
  • A love of data, data visualisation, analytics and problem solving – you’ll love to help others understand data, which is complex and disparate, by using a range of visualisation techniques. 
  • A passion for UX and great product design – working with our UX designers/researchers to create frictionless workflows that our users love and that make them super-efficient. 
  • Great collaboration and communication skills – you’ll be comfortable talking and presenting to a variety of audiences, facilitating workshops, and will be experienced in using tools such as PowerPoint and Miro to support you. 
  • Enthusiasm and self-motivation – you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment and push through barriers when they appear. 
  • Meticulous and diligent approach - you will be a highly self-organised, analytical thinker, who can work autonomously with close attention to detail.  
  • A strong desire to help others be the best they – you will have coached and mentored more junior team members, helping them develop their skills. 

It would be a bonus if you also have: 

  • Experience in working on a canvas-based application or visual collaboration tool 
  • Experience in legal technology or financial technology 
  • Experience of working with AI technologies such as NLP or Open AI

Process 

Our process is designed to give us a good understanding of your skills, and what you would bring to this role. 

Our first stage will be a video call with our Chief Product Officer where we will discover more about your journey and also ask you to present a case study that showcases your end-to-end product management skills and relates to the requirements we have for the role. 

Following this, we will arrange a scenario-based challenge and panel interview, which is designed to see how you think about some of the common challenges faced in a product team.  You’ll meet others in the product and technology team during this stage. 

The final round will be a chance to meet the wider team at StructureFlow.  A panel of two or three of the team will ask you questions, but also give you chance to ask more about the company too.
