Epidemic Sound is backed by EQT, Blackstone, Creandum, Atwater Capital to name a few. </strong></p><p dir="ltr">We are looking for an experienced and dynamic <strong>Director of Enterprise</strong> to lead one of our enterprise vertical teams in North America.<br><br></p><p dir="ltr"><strong>Job Summary:</strong></p><p dir="ltr">The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record in B2B selling, preferably from the tech industry, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.</p><p dir="ltr">As the Director of Enterprise, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion in your vertical. Preference for tech and/or software industry</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Ability to build and maintain relationships with senior executives and key stakeholders.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making</p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr">Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).</p></li></ul></ul><p>Worth noting is that the job will be on-site in New York, requiring flexible hours to overlap with Epidemic Sound headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden. It is a full-time position and you would be provided benefits such as dental, health, medical, and vision plan options, 30 days vacations a year accrual, 6 months parental leave, 401k saving, and wellness benefits. This position has a base compensation span of $180,000 and $240,000 USD yearly.
