Senior Account Manager

Tajalla Advertising is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a leading creative agency in the marketing and advertising industry, we specialize in delivering innovative solutions and impactful strategies to help ambitious organizations succeed. The Senior Account Manager will be responsible for managing and developing client relationships, providing strategic direction, and overseeing the execution of the projects. The successful candidate must have a strong understanding of branding and brand strategy, as well as, experience in internal communication and marketing. Responsibilities

• Manage and develop client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
• Provide strategic direction and creative solutions for the projects
• Oversee the execution of client projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality
• Develop project timelines, briefs, and budgets to ensure smooth project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, strategy, and production teams to develop and implement client projects
• Present and communicate creative concepts, strategies, and plans results to clients
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand client business and revenue

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a marketing and advertising agency environment
• Proven track record of managing and developing client relationships
• Strong understanding of branding, brand strategy, internal communication, and creative solutions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Arabic
• Ability to develop strategic marketing and advertising campaigns that drive measurable results
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
