Description:
  • Builds and maintain business relationship with clients by providing prompt and accurate support.
  • First point of customer contact for support general inquires like transactions status, worker status, etc.
  • Ensures excellent customer service through fast and accurate resolution of queries.
  • Understands Cisco's contingent worker recruitment best practices, country regulations to be able to contribute advise the Cisco hiring managers.

  • Experienced in P2P support.
  • Prioritizing and time management.
  • Customer oriented and result-driven.
  • Process and data driven attitude.
  • Good to have experienced in MSP, VMS, ServiceNow and Click to chat.
