Since our founding in 2016, we've experienced a wonderful period of organic growth delighting customers and through acquisitions. To support our rapid growth, we are expanding our Data Services Team. We are looking to add a key Business Intelligence Technical Developer for the E78 Data Services team. In this role, you will support all efforts providing technical expertise, skills, and input as needed for business intelligence solutions as opportunities present themselves.

Responsibilities:

• Business Intelligence Development
• Microsoft Azure Data Factory Development
• Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services development
• Senior Database Administrator
• Support Technical Project Team Lead
• Resolve complex project challenges and serve as a subject matter expert and escalation resource.
• Help develop the skills of core-team members and indirectly level-up consulting teams.
• Develop and perform infrastructure & informational architecture assessments.
• Help evaluate and support future reporting and business intelligence endeavors, projects, and development.

Required Skills:

• 5-7+ years' experience in business intelligence, database architecture, solution development, or enterprise application development.
• 2-3+ years' FP&A Experience is a plus
• Proven experience – a history of improving engagements and solution performance
• Multiple data platform solutions (MSSQL, Oracle, Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc..)
• Preferred industry focus including finance, manufacturing, distribution, and online retail B2C marketplaces.
• Strong change control support, procedures, and discipline across multiple clients, projects, and platforms.
• Previous consulting experience required.
• Strong competencies demonstrating depth and breadth of complete enterprise and alignment of data & business systems.
• 4+ years of experience in multiple platforms/enterprise applications, advanced financial systems implementations, integrations, configuration management, and optimization strongly preferred
• Excellent understanding of solutions architecture, data strategy, data management, business process management, business intelligence, data warehousing architecture, big data, on-premise and cloud base data offerings & architecture.
• Excellent understanding of multi-dimensional data models, related source systems, and data models.
• Data Warehousing, OLTP, OLAP, ETL, Systems Integration, A2A, B2B, and B2C communication, Business Intelligence and Reporting Solutions, Dashboards and Portals, SOA, Systems Architecture
• Excellent communication skills from Key stakeholders to individual contributors.
• A self-starter with an aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle a variety of different projects simultaneously and capable of managing multiple deadlines.
• Strong cross-functional business acumen including sales, budgeting, finance, inventory, and production.

Compensation: A base of $155,000 per annum, plus bonus and benefits
