As a Lead Product Marketing Manager at Built, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of construction finance. In this strategic role, you will serve as the critical link between our customers' needs and our product development efforts, ensuring that Built continues to revolutionize how the world gets built. Your impact will span the entire customer journey, from product conception to market adoption, as you lead our product marketing initiatives for a diverse ecosystem of stakeholders including financial institutions (Lenders), real estate owners and developers, and contractors. With over $200B in construction loans on our platform, 40 of the top 100 banks as clients, and a growing network of 500+ construction customers, your work will directly influence how capital flows through the construction industry, driving returns for years to come.
You will join our high-performing Product Marketing team, where you will own both inbound and outbound (go-to-market) functions. This dual responsibility will require you to gather and synthesize customer insights from across the organization to inform product strategy while also collaborating closely with Product Management on feature and product releases. You will develop compelling narratives and go-to-market plans that resonate with our diverse customer base, ensuring alignment between our inbound strategy and outbound messaging. Your strategic thinking, market insights, and ability to drive cross-functional collaboration will be crucial in accelerating Built's growth and cementing our position as the leading platform for construction finance.

Who You Are:
Built’s salary range for this position is $125,000-$170,000 USD per year. The pay range is designed to accommodate upward mobility in the role, therefore it encompasses the full span of proficiency levels for this role and we believe that the midpoint of the range is competitive in the market. Salary is just one component of Built's total compensation package for employees. Your total rewards package at Built will include equity, top-notch medical, dental and vision coverage, an unlimited PTO policy, and other benefits.
