PURPOSE OF ROLE:
As a Lead User Experience Designer, you will be primarily responsible for leading and generating inspiring and actionable designs to help improve our customers' experiences, and champion user driven decisions.
You will manage and Lead a team of Senior, Midweight, Junior, Apprentice and Intern Designers and be responsible for delivering UX Design planning and roadmaps alongside the UX Managers & Product Managers.
You will work in a team alongside other UX professionals, who are leading the user-centric product transformation of a previously traditional financial services business. It is an exciting role that will make a real difference within an industry that is ripe for better design thinking and a user-centered focus.
You will be responsible for uncovering opportunities to further improve our understanding of both current and prospective users to create simple, intuitive but high-performance user experiences and designs.
Day to day, you’ll be working alongside UX Designers, UX Copywriters, UX Researchers, Analysts, Product Owners, Product Managers, Developers, Testers, Customer Service Advisers, and stakeholders across the business.
