PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are looking for a Salesforce administrator who is excited by building and maintaining a Salesforce environment that can truly make a difference to our business. You will have a proven skillset that spans the full declarative tool set and be an evangelist for Salesforce within the business. You will be a strong team player who thrives working on highly collaborative projects.

You will join our Salesforce DevOps team that is responsible for architecting, building, and supporting our Operational IT systems. You will be expected to help drive our adoption of Salesforce and provide first class support to our customers. You will be involved throughout the software development lifecycle from inception to on-going support and monitoring. At each phase you will be expected to make a positive impact on our deliverables to aid the business make the most of its investment in Salesforce technologies.

Requirements

REQUIRED:

• Thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform, running multiple Orgs and in particular service cloud.
• Salesforce Administrator I & II and App Builder qualified
• Thorough understanding of how to maintain a secure Salesforce environment
• Experience of delivering and supporting complex Salesforce solutions
• Experience of proactively monitoring a Salesforce environment
• Experience of working within a regulated environment
• Experience of supporting the critical applications of a digital business

OPTIONAL:

• Knowledge of Service Cloud Voice & Einstein
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud
• Knowledge of OwnBackup
• Knowledge of Conga
• Knowledge of Splunk
• Knowledge of Financial Force
• Knowledge of financial services or stockbroking would be advantageous
