Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft and Prepare Petitions: Create compelling O-1, EB-1, and EB2-NIW petitions, ensuring compliance with USCIS regulations and criteria.
  • Conduct Legal Research: Analyze case law and immigration regulations to support petition arguments and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Client Consultation: Communicate complex legal concepts to clients, gather necessary information, and provide guidance throughout the application process.
  • Document Review and Management: Ensure meticulous preparation and organization of extensive documentation, maintaining high standards of accuracy and detail.
  • Strategic Case Development: Develop tailored strategies for challenging cases and manage multiple petitions simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Process Improvement: Offer insightful feedback on paperwork preparation processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Product Development: Leverage your legal expertise to guide product development, ensuring alignment with legal standards.

Qualifications:

  • Legal Expertise: In-depth knowledge of U.S. immigration law, particularly O-1, EB-1, and EB2-NIW categories. 3 + years of experience filing cases in these categories.
  • Exceptional Writing Skills: Proven ability in advanced legal writing, with a focus on persuasive and clear communication.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with cultural competence to serve diverse clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently, demonstrating strong project management capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: Ability to adopt and experiment with new technologies. Ready to tackle challenges and drive the company towards its strategic goals.
