The Role

As a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

• Building Product & Infrastructure: As an early engineer, you’ll shape architectural decisions that allow Maestro AI to scale to meet our growing customer base's needs. You'll work closely with the design and PM teams to plan and implement our core product.
• Developing Our Technical Foundation: Your work today will lay the groundwork for future improvements, requiring a flexible foundation to adapt to various product needs.
• Customer Engagement: You’ll triage critical customer issues and provide technical guidance, ensuring our users have the best experience.
• Team Growth: As an early team member, you’ll be instrumental in recruiting, hiring, and developing new talent to help us grow.

• Proven Full-Stack Mastery: 5+ years of experience in full-stack engineering, with a stellar track record of creating and launching robust, scalable systems.
• AWS Expert: Deep expertise in AWS (ECS, EC2, SQS, Lambda, S3) powering high-performing applications.
• Backend Skills: Proficient in Python, developing efficient backend solutions.
• Frontend Experience: Experienced with React and Redux, creating engaging and dynamic user interfaces.
• AI and NLP Knowledge: Hands-on experience in developing AI and NLP systems, integrating with APIs like OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google Gemini.
• Customer Focus: Dedicated to building products that users love and solving customer problems.
• Ownership Mentality: Proactive and autonomous, with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Collaborative Approach: Enjoys working cross-functionally to achieve outstanding customer outcomes and contribute to our culture.

Compensation

The base salary for this full-time position ranges from $140,000 to $180,000, plus generous early employee equity and benefits. Your exact pay will depend on various factors including your skills, experience, and education. This range reflects the base salary only; equity and benefits are additional.
