POSITION SUMMARY:
The Enterprise Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst II supports the design and development of all enterprise reporting and analytics solutions. As a member of the Enterprise Analytics team, the Enterprise BI Analyst II is responsible for creating content that supports complex operational, analytical and strategic analytics solutions. The role requires extensive engagement with clients to develop solutions that address the on-going analytical needs of the business.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of intermediate-level reports and dashboards.
• Identification and extraction of existing data to manipulate/calculate/format into presentable reports, charts and graphs.
• Delivery of ad hoc analytical requests and research projects for internal parties.
• Troubleshoot the functionality and accuracy of existing daily reports to ensure accuracy.
• Manage multiple requests at a time.
• Communicate with internal and external clients to identify and scope out business requirements.
• Conduct basic comparative analysis of various business processes and databases.
• Interpret data for trending and decision models.
• Interact with various business units independently.
• Special projects as assigned by management.
• QC the functionality and ensure the quality and accuracy of reports developed or modified.
• Report non-conforming results to Management.
• Discusses QC results with those responsible for products, and recommends necessary corrective actions.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Ability to successfully prioritize and oversee multiple simultaneous work streams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Prior experience with T-SQL is preferred.
• Ability to understand sophisticated mathematical models and concepts.
• Advanced report development with SAP/BusinessObjects.
• Understanding of SAP/BusinessObjects universes & ability to make recommendations for improvement.
• Intermediate experience with data visualization through Tableau Software.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's Degree plus 2 – 4 years' experience in data management/reporting.
• 4+ years' experience with SAP/BusinessObjects or other business intelligence solutions (Cognos, OBIEE, MicroStrategy, etc).
• 2 – 4 years' working with data visualization software (Tableau, Qlik, Tibco, etc).
