In this position, you will work alongside our Finland team cooperation managers, line managers and European level cooperation managers.</p><p><strong>Main Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Contribute to relationship development and retention with renowned universities, research institutes, academic groups and enterprises in Baltic region</li></ul><ul><li>Analyze business requirements from HQ and local teams, seek cooperation opportunities, and work with teams to develop proposals for research projects.</li></ul><ul><li> Focus on scouting potential cooperation partners and contribute to our technology strategy</li></ul><ul><li>Keep pace with the cutting-edge ICT technologies’ status and trends of leading universities, research institutes, companies and start-ups.</li></ul><ul><li>Contribute to the development of the annual cooperation plans and strategic initiatives for each domain.</li></ul><ul><li>Develop detailed reports on the technologies and associated resources within relevant domains, including an analysis of publicly funded projects and investments.</li></ul><ul><li>Support on communication with our potential cooperation partners and contribute to our technology strategy, our long-term goals and address partner pain points, concerns, and objectives.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualification and Detailed Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Master degree or PhD in Computer Science/Physics/Electrical/Telecom Engineering or related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Extensive knowledge and in-depth understanding of cutting edge ICT technologies.</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to interact with all levels within the company and represent the company professionally.</li></ul><ul><li>Independent, well-organized and structured working style with a hands-on and can-do attitude. Critical thinking skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit and independent working capability.
