Job Responsibilities –
Provide Connex implementation support for VoC pillar during project milestones. (Development, testing, technical go-live and Post go-live) Collaborate and coordinate across project stakeholder groups including contact center groups, Safety Customer Claims team, Warranty Call Center, Privacy,
Techline, Dealer Representatives, Field Staff, IT Planning, and suppliers.
Support facilitation and management of project tasks, milestones, requirements, and use case identification between implementation partners and business stakeholders.
Develop and review Connex operational workflows by working with project stakeholder groups and suppliers.
Create and review test scenarios (FT, SIT, UAT). Ensure that business requirements are mapped to the functional specifications and have sufficient test coverage.
Participate in testing and facilitate testing activities with project stakeholder groups and agency partners.
Anticipate and remove obstacles proactively and effectively to keep project on task and on time. Collaborate with technical teams and project stakeholder groups to resolve issues.
Support facilitation of training, workshops and communication for Change Management
Develop, support, and publish reports and presentations, e.g., charter, roadmap, milestones and activities, issue investigation, performance tracking, and executive updates.
