We are seeking a highly motivated to join our team. As a Customer Service for our legal account, you will be responsible for handling initial client contact, gathering information, and assessing potential legal cases.
As a legal intake specialist, your main role is to oversee the process of bringing new clients on board and ensuring they align with our law firm's services. Below are some key responsibilities and skills required for the role:
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with potential clients via phone and email to understand their cases.
- Perform preliminary research to assess the validity of potential clients' claims.
- Evaluate the compatibility of potential clients' claims with our firm's areas of expertise.
- Coordinate initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising prospects.
- Assist in the onboarding process of new clients by completing necessary paperwork and organizing initial case files.
- Input client data into our computer systems accurately.
- Provide administrative support as needed.

- Strong listening skills to comprehend the details of clients' cases effectively.
