Position Title:
Data Governance Analyst


Position Summary:

• Facilitates the collection and organization of data assets.
• Solid independent contributor with a strong attention to detail who is comfortable working across business and technical teams.
• Strong understanding of databases and data structures.
• Provides thought leadership on data flows and processes.
• Knowledge of industry-leading data governance and data management practices.
• Assist in the formation and execution of a data governance framework.
• Knowledge of the payroll domain a plus, particularly international payroll, or relevant financial services domain experience.
• Role is three days on-site in Parsippany, NJ, with occasional need to shift hours to accommodate Europe time zone differences.
