<p>Coller Capital has grown rapidly since its formation in 1990 and is now one of the world's leading investors in private assets secondary market – widely acknowledged as an innovator and a stand-out player at the complex end of secondaries. </p><p>Based in London, this individual will be working in with the London based Investor Relations team including senior management to drive and enhance Coller Capital’s investor relations and fundraising activities globally. The open role is in the Due Diligence & Investor Servicing team which comprise of 11 professionals dedicated to creating the firms fundraising and reporting content and responding to prospective and existing investors questions. </p><p>The individual will have the opportunity to get involved across all of the firms product offerings, including Coller’s latest Perpetual fund offerings targeting Private Wealth clients. <br></p><p><strong>Key Tasks and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>The Senior Manager, Due Diligence & Investor Servicing will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Quality control across all materials including Pitchbooks, DDQs, Managers reports, RFPs etc. This would include ensuring consistent messaging across multiple products</li><li>Providing creative input into analysis or enhancement of materials, working with the wider team to continually drive improvement in our insights and delivery of messaging to investors</li><li>Driving process improvement to ensure an efficient working practices </li><li>Developing and coaching junior team members </li><li>Maintaining relationships with key stakeholders across the firm</li><li>Being a culture carrier by contributing to the teams positive, collaborative approach </li><li>Monitor industry best practice and contribute new ideas to help refine the company’s innovative global Investor Relations programme</li></ul><p>Overall, the Senior Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining strong relationships with existing investors and attracting new ones.<br></p><p><strong>The Team</strong></p><p>The Due Diligence & Investor Servicing team are responsible for three key areas of Investor Relations:</p><p><strong>Communication and Reporting:</strong></p><ul><li>Ensuring timely and transparent communication with investors</li><li>Providing quarterly reports, valuation updates, and bespoke investor communications</li><li>Managing stakeholder relationships and maintaining transparency</li></ul><p><strong>Fundraising and Capital Acquisition:</strong></p><ul><li>Actively participating in fundraising efforts</li><li>Creating pitch materials, highlighting Coller’s strengths and differentiation to attract new investors</li><li>Responding to due diligence questionnaires (DDQs) from potential investors</li><li>Establishing new products to meet our investors needs</li></ul><p><strong>Investor Education and Support:</strong></p><ul><li>Educating investors about the firm’s investment approach and performance</li><li>Addressing investor inquiries and providing necessary support</li></ul><p><strong>Experience Required:</strong></p><ul><li>Investor Relations experience within: Private Equity, Consulting or Placement Agency</li><li>Background in finance, accounting, investment banking</li><li>Chartered Accountant/CFA/other professional qualification</li><li>Excellent written and oral communication skills</li><li>Advanced MS Office, including Excel, Powerpoint and Word</li></ul><p><strong>Competencies:</strong></p><ul><li>Highly analytical with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy</li><li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Organised, efficient and able to take responsibility for tasks to completion</li><li>Client focus with the ability to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders</li><li>Hardworking, enthusiastic and dynamic individual who is perceptive to the needs of others and has the ability to motivate others</li><li>Team-player with the ability to work across the organisation, but who is also self-starting and able to work independently</li></ul><p><br></p><p>Coller Capital is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
