<p><strong>KEY PURPOSE:</strong></p><p>The Senior Data Steward will work closely with stakeholders from data governance, marketing, investment team and investor relations to improve business processes as well as the quality and completeness of the company’s key data assets held within the firms CRM and other core data platforms used to manage digital marketing activities and corporate events.</p><p>The Senior Data Steward will be key in liaising with the different business teams to ensure a streamlined usage of the CRM data for the ever growing and evolving business needs. There will also be an important focus on the integration of CRM with other systems, data flows and processes.</p><p><strong><strong>KEY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Manage CRM data strategy across business teams</li><li>Execution of daily, weekly, monthly data related tasks and procedures</li><li>Responsible for data quality standards within the CRM platform</li><li>Managing the production of complex reporting requirements for the marketing team</li><li>Configuring Salesforce & providing training to other users </li><li>Maintain user and process guides</li><li>Pulling and uploading guest lists for the marketing team</li></ul><p><strong><strong><strong>QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:</strong></strong></strong></p><p>ESSENTIAL</p><ul><li>Ability to manage and drive large data tasks and deliver a high-quality service in a fast-paced change environment</li><li>Commercial and Strategic thinker with ability to consider wider organisational impact</li><li>Ability to manage upwards</li><li>Ability to drive decisions and work autonomously</li><li>High degree of attention to detail</li><li>Strong understanding of the data lifecycle i.e. data capture, update, usage, data lineage etc</li><li>Build Strong relationships at all levels</li><li>Recognising patterns and issues displaying good analytical and problem-solving skills</li></ul><p>DESIRABLE</p><ul><li>Strong track record as a Data Steward</li><li>Previous knowledge of a CRM system, ideally Salesforce</li><li>Good skills in using Excel</li><li>Basic knowledge of GDPR</li></ul><p><strong>COMPETENCIES </strong><em>(key behaviours)</em><strong>:</strong></p><ul><li>Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.</li><li>Accountable and proactive approach to work. </li><li>Inherent desire to do things well but balanced with pragmatism when required.</li><li>Excellent attitude to learning driven by a natural curiosity.
