We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Director to join our team at ALAQTAR. As a Business Development Director, you will play a critical role in driving our business growth and expansion strategies. You will be responsible for leading the business development team, identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key stakeholders, and implementing effective strategies to achieve our business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans and strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Identify and evaluate potential business opportunities through market research and analysis.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Lead negotiations and close deals with potential clients and partners.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute business initiatives and projects.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the business development team.
  • Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to senior management.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking activities to build relationships and represent the company.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies relevant to business development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in driving business growth and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and expanding business opportunities.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
