Sarmad is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Insurance project team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with insurance companies, and achieving sales targets. You will work closely with other cross-functional teams to develop effective strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential insurance companies
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals
- Negotiate and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments
- Monitor and report on sales performance
- Meet and exceed sales targets
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Business Development Manager or similar role
- Demonstrable track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related fieldS
- Since this is a tech-heavy industry, experience in the IT industry is a plus
- Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and spoken
