Then you’re in the right place.<br></p><h5>WHAT'S THE MISSION?</h5><p>To drive the Product Development of our Merchandise and packaging categories, with innovation and cross functional collaboration at the forefront.</p><p><strong></strong></p><h5><strong>WHAT DOES SUCCESS LOOK LIKE?</strong></h5><p></p><ul><li>Work closely with the Senior PD Manager and HOP to implement merchandise category growth plans</li><li>Continually scope new product opportunities and market trends to introduce an innovative merchandise assortment, utilising a strong understanding of the A&amp;M brand and customer profile</li><li>Take ownership of the critical path in order to manage the product journey from initial concept stage, to sampling and final product sign off</li><li>Source, establish and develop strong relationships with supply partners</li><li>Prepare detailed product specification packs with the assistance of the design team, and communicate these with our suppliers</li><li>Efficiently negotiate cost prices and MOQ’s to achieve margin targets, whilst maintaining the design vision</li><li>Align with our Production team throughout the Quality Control process to ensure A&amp;M standards are adhered to</li><li>Collaborate closely with our Marketing teams for cross functional product launches and brand activations</li><li>Communicate and engage the wider business regarding new product launches</li><li>Be responsible for the execution &amp; delivery of A&amp;M packaging - exploring new creative concepts whilst expanding and developing our existing packaging suite</li><li>Liaise with our print design team throughout the packaging development process</li><li>Collaborate on packaging cost &amp; sourcing strategy</li><li>Provide analytical support to the PD &amp; Merchandising teams by evaluating, proposing, and implementing actions to maximise trading potential of your category, and to influence future product development and collections</li><li>Support the development of the junior members of the Product team, guiding their growth, objectives, and departmental strategy</li></ul><h5>WHAT WOULD YOU LIKE FROM ME?</h5><ul><li>A passion and enthusiasm for the Astrid and Miyu brand and what we represent</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>3+ Years experience as a Product Developer, Junior PD, Junior Buyer</li><li>Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator</li><li>Experience with Jewellery is well regarded but not essential</li></ul><h5>WHAT WE DO FOR YOU:</h5><ul><ul><li>£38,000 - 40,000 per year</li><li>A chance to be part of something big &amp; growing, and to make a real impact on people's journeys</li><li>A supportive and collaborative team that's always ready to cheer you on.</li><li>Opportunities to grow, learn, and stretch yourself in ways you never thought possible.</li><li>Flexibility to be your authentic self and bring your unique talents to the table</li><li>Product Allowance + Friends &amp; Family Discount<br></li><li>Hybrid and flexible working plus summer hours</li><li>25 days holiday + bank holidays + loyalty accrual + Buy/Sell options</li><li>Lunch clubs &amp; Socials</li><li>Personal Financial Coaching</li><li>Allowance toward your work from home set up</li><li>Sabbatical after 3 years service</li><li>Increased parental leave after 2 years service</li></ul></ul><p dir="ltr"><em>We have lots of little extras but we really believe the best part about working for us is being surrounded by people that share our passion for our mission and values, and having the freedom to be fully empowered to flourish and be your best self.</em> </p> •
