S'more about the team
As a Continuous Improvement Analyst, you will play a crucial role in improving various supply chain processes, reducing waste and helping us deliver the best possible value to our customers. Reporting to the Continuous Improvement Manager, you will be encouraged to come up with creative solutions to complex problems. You will also have the opportunity to work cross functionally with multiple stakeholders. With your strong analytical skills and passion for driving measurable results, you will contribute to HelloFresh's mission of changing the way people eat and cook at home.
What you will be doing:
- Dive deep into different areas of our business - e.g. supply chain, production, culinary, quality, ops tech - to understand and solve complex problems, and improve decisions and processes
- Take ownership of core procurement processes by driving standardization and continuous improvement
- Create and manage process maps for procurement systems (supply planning, purchasing, inventory management, etc.)
- Act as a key user of tools used in procurement operations, representing HelloFresh Canada to internal global stakeholders
- Leverage large internal datasets to drive your decisions: establishing KPIs, identifying and quantifying opportunities for cost reduction, and identifying/implementing best practices
- Apply change management skills to help drive priorities including new process roll-outs, support with technology changes, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Other duties as assigned
At a minimum, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or a similar field
- 3+ years of experience working in logistics, supply chain management, consulting or a related field
- Quantitative and analytical experience (either through education or professional experience), including basic coding and/or data visualization (e.g. SQL, Tableau) and expertise with G-Suite/Excel
- A natural curiosity to understand how different systems/processes work and a bias for action to improve them
- A proactive and ambitious mindset: you take ownership of your work and think beyond the scope of a given assignment
What you’ll get in return:
- Box Discount - Amazing discounts on 1 box per week! 75% discount on weekly HelloFresh and Chefs Plate meal kits AND 50% off weekly Factor meal box
- Health & Wellness - Health & Dental benefits from day 1, a Health Spending Account, and unlimited access to the Headspace app to meet your self-care needs.
- Vacation & PTO - Time off is also an important part of self-care! We offer generous vacation and PTO to help you create a good work-life balance.
- Family Benefits - A parental leave top-up program for expectant parents
- Growth & Development - We support your career progression, provide development opportunities, and invest in your continued learning through our organization wide L&D fund
- Work Hard & Have Fun - From team socials to HQ Wellness Wednesdays, you’ll have plenty of opportunity to experience the fun!
- Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives - With impactful ERG’s like HelloChange and Women Empowerment, we are committed to our diversity, equity & inclusion efforts
- Food Puns - this one is kind of a big dill if you haven’t already noticed. We even have some punny meeting room names!
Working Conditions:

Whether this role is based out of our headquarters or one of our distribution centers, it is possible that you may be exposed to such allergens in this role. If you have any concerns with being exposed to any particular food ingredients, including meat, please disclose this during the hiring process.
