We are looking for a Credit Control Assistant to join an industry-leading design and manufacturing company, you will play a key role within a small, dynamic Finance team. About the Role
Reporting to the Head of Finance, your main responsibilities will include:
- Managing Credit Control Processes: Monitor and update customer accounts, contact customers, and accurately record and manage incoming payments.
- Financial Data Entry and Analysis: Assist in maintaining and analysing financial data to support the finance team.
- Support Budgeting and Forecasting Activities: Collaborate with the team to develop and refine financial projections.
- Project Collaboration: Work with the finance team on various initiatives and projects.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential administrative support to ensure smooth financial operations.
Requirements
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in credit control or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft Excel skills are essential; familiarity with Net Suite is desirable.
- Attention to Detail: Strong numerical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.
- Flexibility: Adaptable approach to work, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
