<p>As a Junior Account Manager specialising in campaign planning and delivery, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution and optimisation of advertising campaigns for our clients. This position requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, client service capabilities, commercial awareness, operational efficiency, and active involvement in sales & marketing efforts.</p><p>The salary for the role is £23,500 - £26,750.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>Campaign Planning & Delivery:</p><ul><li>Receive and interrogate briefs from clients, ensuring clear understanding of objectives and requirements.</li><li>Conduct desk research and gather insights to support campaign strategies.</li><li>Assist in the delivery of detailed media plans aligned with client goals and objectives.</li><li>Contribute to client campaign presentations, providing support and insights.</li><li>With support from the director, deliver end-to-end responses on campaigns with budgets under £30k, ensuring client satisfaction.</li><li>Recommend and agree on campaign reporting cadence with clients and deliver reporting excellence to clients, providing ongoing, mid-campaign, and campaign-dependent updates.</li><li>Deliver client feedback and amendments to campaigns, ensuring alignment with client expectations.</li><li>Brief signed-off plan for digital delivery setup and coordinate asset delivery and deployment.</li><li>Ensure effective campaign setup & tracking is in place prior to launch, obtaining necessary approvals.</li><li>Set KPIs and report on campaign performance via dashboards, iterating with clients as needed.</li><li>Set and execute regular campaign audits to ensure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.</li><li>Deliver End of Campaign (EOC) decks summarizing campaign performance and insights.</li></ul><p><strong>Client Service:</strong></p><ul><li>Nurture and develop existing client relationships, assisting in coordinating plans to maintain regular contact.</li><li>Attend regular meetings and work-in-progress sessions to ensure client needs are met effectively.</li></ul><p><strong>Commercial:</strong></p><ul><li>Support in the oversight and accountability of client targets.</li><li>Identify and recommend proactive opportunities to drive revenue.</li></ul><p><strong>Operational Effectiveness:</strong></p><ul><li>Maintain 100% up-to-date timesheets.</li><li>Create and update opportunities on Synergist, moving them to jobs as required.</li><li>Update job details and create materials estimates and billing plans on Synergist.</li><li>Delegate actions to relevant teams using Synergist project management tools.</li></ul><p><strong>Sales & Marketing:</strong></p><ul><li>Support marketing objectives and contribute to tenders & pitches.</li><li>Attend industry events to build a strong network and support growth and client development.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Skills:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).</li><li>Proven interest or internship experience in account management within the advertising or marketing industry.</li><li>Strong organisational and multitasking skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and client service abilities.</li><li>Commercial awareness and eagerness to identify revenue-generating opportunities.</li><li>Proficiency in project management tools and CRM software.</li><li>Proactive and eager to learn.</li></ul> •
