We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative. An Account Manager will act as a liaison between the clients, employees and MezTal. The best AMs are genuinely excited to help customers and help grow the business
Responsibilities
- Establish long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships with our clients and their hiring managers
- Support new and existing client employees through consistent communication and meetings
- Manage the hand-off of employees to clients
- Search for open positions and opportunities for prospects and clients
- Support the finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate and timely payment from our clients
- Manage administrative task such as sending agreements, inputting information into the CRM and supporting the business development team
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information to our clients
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
Requirements
- Proven customer support experience or account management experience
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices (plus if HubSpot
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Experience having clients in the healthcare or hospitality organizations a plus
- Advanced English Only
- Located in Guadalajara
