Accounts Payable Specialist- GDL Only

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at MezTal in Guadalajara. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for handling the organization's expenses and ensuring that all payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

You will work closely with the accounting department to verify invoices, reconcile accounts, and resolve any discrepancies that may arise. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and preparing financial reports.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in accounts payable, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Proven work experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist
• Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles, accounting standards, and industry regulations
• Experience with a larger ERP system
• Extensive experience in account reconciliation
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Advanced English only
• Experience working with an US Company
• Must be located in Guadalajara, Mexico and open to hybrid work
