As a Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to a portfolio of up to 10 Fortune 1000 WalkMe customers managing a book of up to $4M in annual revenue, helping them achieve maximum value from the WalkMe platform. You will understand your clients' digital adoption goals, and recommend solutions to help them get the most out of our product and exceed their goals. You will report to the Director of Customer Success.

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The starting OTE for this role is between $120,000 and $150,000. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for bonus, benefits, and RSUs as part of our competitive total rewards package.
