Cybersecurity Team Lead

DSA is seeking a highly qualified Cybersecurity Team Lead with an active Top-Secret Clearance to join our team at Fort Detrick, MD.
This is a hybrid position allowing flexibility for 3 days onsite and 2 days a week telework. This position has a great work environment, training opportunities and an important mission. 
The Team Lead will support the cybersecurity posture for DoD Organizational Messaging.  Secure components to meet DoD cybersecurity requirements.  Maintain Authority to Operate (ATO) for the site.  Maintain DoD RMF evidence for the site accreditation.
 
Required Qualifications

• Current Top-Secret clearance and be able to obtain SCI clearance
• Hold an IAT II qualified certification (example Security+)
• Experience with DISA's Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs).
• Experience with CYBERCOM's Information Assurance Vulnerability Management (IAVM) notices.
• Experience with DISA's Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS).
• Experience with DoD's Endpoint Security System (ESS) (formerly HBSS).

Key Responsibilities
Lead a cybersecurity team that focuses on all aspects of DoD cybersecurity requirements. Guide the periodic re-accreditation efforts to maintain an ATO.
