Role - Private Bank Solutions Desk Analyst
Rate - $30/HR on W2 (OT past 40 hours = $45/HR on W2)
Duration - 12 Month Assignment (possible extension)
Location - Long Island City, Queens NYC
The CPB Client Solutions Desk analyst provides support to Client Private Bank/A)ffluent (H)igh Net Worth (S)pecialty Segment internal users (i.e. Sales and Service Teams, Product Support, Banking and Security Ops). on Investment/Banking products, procedures, systems and projects.
This support is thru call center capabilities, intranets, broadcast communications, one on one training sessions and project management support.
MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
The analyst is responsible for answering incoming calls and identifying the nature of the problem in an expeditious manner while demonstrating an appropriate sense of urgency to our internal customers.
The functional duties of this position include 100% call registry for new and existing tickets, trouble ticket escalation, monitoring and follow-up throughout the problem resolution cycle
Inquiries on both system issues and navigational guidance on CPB applications OneSource, CRM, WINs and In View.
Coordinates with technology production support to generate System Alerts on the status of System response time or late feed issues
Creates "In View Tip” and "Did You Know” communications based on frequently asked questions on In View OneSource/CRM/WINs in support of the front office (Bankers/ABs)
Coordinates and consolidates Client Solutions Group CPB Exchange communication submissions
KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE POSITION:
Excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills are required to interface with users and peers
Must be computer literate in order to trouble shoot/identify user application issues, Banking Private Bank proprietary application related and/or PC problems in Windows environment
Technical problem solving ability - Windows and Internet environment, along with graphical user interface applications
