JOB TITLE: Facilities SupportLOCATION: Jersey City The schedule will be Monday through Friday 8:30AM – 5:00PM and the candidates should expect to work (5) days primarily in their main locations and be flexible to work in the other location as needed (i.e.: NJ candidate flexible to work in NY if needed and NY flexible to work in NJ if needed).
The candidate(s) will support Facilities with the day-to-day functions, which include:
- Floor inspections,
- Processing invoices,
- Scheduling messenger services
- Administering mail,
- Assisting with employee moves
- And any additional ad hoc facility related issues that may arise.
- The temp should possess good verbal and written communication skills.

There is a need for a temp to support Corporate Real Estate with the Facilities day to day functions allowing the team to concentrate on higher level work.
Job Responsibilities:
- These functions would include floor inspections, processing invoices, scheduling messenger services and administering mail, assisting with employee moves and any additional ad hoc facility related issues that may arise.
- The temp should possess good verbal and written communication skills. They should also expect to work 5 days and primarily in the Jersey City office and be flexible to work in the NY office as needed.

- Looking for candidate with 3-5 years of facilities experience.
