We will make sure that you are not bored at Taxually.</p><h3>What you'll be doing</h3><p>We don't like providing detailed tasks lists but the below might give you a steer on the type of work you can expect:<br></p><ul> <li>Managing customer and technical incidents across communications channels</li><li>Triaging, diagnosing, and resolving technical incidents</li><li>Communicating fixes with internal and external teams</li><li>Actively contributing to Problem Management</li><li>Building, maintaining, and evolving a bespoke monitoring solution or set of monitoring tools</li><li>Contributing to the collective knowledge of Taxually teams and writing run-book entries</li><li>Visualising application and infrastructure data, reporting on operational KPIs, and linking improvements to outcomes</li><li>Analysing data for product improvements and better user experience (through e.g. in-app guides)</li><li>Proactively improving other areas of technical support (L1 / L3)</li><li>Configuring and integrating digital tools</li><li>Undertaking small projects across the business</li> </ul><h3>What skills will be useful</h3><p>With the right attitude there is nothing you can't achieve. Nevertheless bringing the following fundamental skills may help you succeed in your role at Taxually:<br><br></p><ul> <li>Possess extensive SQL knowledge and experience with complex queries</li><li>Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills</li><li>Experience in an operational role</li><li>Fantastic communication skills and highly organised</li><li>Fluent/Upper-intermediate English</li><li>Ability to tolerate monotony tasks</li><li>Quick learner with an ambitious and results driven personality</li><li>Experience in scripting languages such as PS</li></ul><ul><li>Knowledge of ITIL (preferable)</li><li>Experience in REST API development and management (preferable)</li><li>Experience with Azure DevOps / Azure Portal (preferable)</li><li>Experience with C#, .Net, and angular.js (preferable)</li></ul><h3>What you can count on</h3><p>We're expecting (and happy) to work out a package for you that benefits us mutually.
