Florida-based marketing agency serving the senior living market, seeks a Paid Search Strategist with experience using paid media to support measurable lead generation and customer acquisition programs. The ideal candidate will have recent experience building, optimizing and managing online advertising for B2C audiences. The position is full-time, remote (or hybrid) and ideally located in Florida or a southeastern state.
Position Summary
As a Paid Search Strategist, you will work across all aspects of clients’ paid search media campaigns, including initial planning, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting. You’ll be responsible for implementing strategies that meet and exceed clients’ KPIs and drive their business forward.
Your Day to Day
● Ensure media budgets, optimizations, and performance are executed and aligned with client goals
● Build campaigns, keywords, and ads
● Configure Google Tag Manager to measure conversions across advertising platforms ● Manage regular campaign optimizations to improve performance
● Produce insights, reports and commentary for client discussions
● Ensure agency processes, best practices and tech automation are implemented across client accounts
● Support the team with QA checking to ensure ongoing campaign builds and account changes are correct
● Communicate performance opportunities & issues with the team while recommending solutions
● Perform regular analyses and make data-driven recommendations
