We are looking for a results driven Service Centre Manager to be responsible for the overall day to day service centre management with a hands on role. The successful candidate will be able to enhance client satisfaction to WOW service, meet sales and profitability goals and manage your team effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in financial planning, employee recruitment, retail management, Leadership Training and/or Automotive or Home or Business service experience. Service Centre Manager responsibilities may include leading by example and bring the best out of your Team leads, Client Service Advisors and Technicians.
