Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Glass Solutions Estimator to join our team. This role is crucial in driving our business growth by providing accurate and timely estimates, assisting clients with solutions for their glass-related projects, and maintaining strong client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Accurate Estimation: Provide precise and timely estimates for glass-related projects for both retail consumers and B2B clients.
- Client Assistance: Assist clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions for their projects.
- Relationship Building: Maintain and develop strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Lead Generation: Generate new leads and build relationships with potential clients, including home builders, property managers, and institutional government accounts.
- Site Visits: Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and gather necessary information for accurate estimations.
- Proposal Presentation: Prepare and present proposals to clients, negotiating terms and closing sales.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with the installation team to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and best practices to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed records of client interactions, estimates, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Marketing & Networking: Participate in company marketing and networking events to promote All-Brite Glass & Tint services.
Requirements
- Experience: Proven experience in estimating and account management/business development, preferably in the glass or construction industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of glass products and installation processes.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in using CRM & Glass software and Google Gsuite.
- Driver’s License: Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the Tri-City area for site visits and client meetings.
- Team Player: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
