Production Lead/Supervisor

• Assist with all safety related activities, monthly safety topics, monthly safety eLearning and ensure timely completion.
• Address, and report to the Site Manager, any witnessed or reported unsafe act or action by fellow associates, customers and/or vendors.
• Manages and responsible for all production goals and matrix.
• Responsible for ensuring the company’s operating system is in place and being used daily.
• Has a direct relationship with the Customer Service Manager to ensure that the quality and quantity of products meet demand for resale.
• Work with vendors to ensure timely pick up of material.
• Mentor and lead production staff members to promote into advanced positions.
• Review equipment maintenance checklist and verify proper application and use.
• Ensure that scheduling of production staff is not exceeding the planned labor budget.
• Work with the Site Manager to ensure storm water and environmental compliance.

• Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or comparable leadership role
• Automotive and production experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish/English Preferred
• Professional written and verbal communication skills
• Background check required
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record.

• Exposure to outdoors / weather conditions when working outside in the yard
• Regular bending, lifting and standing / squatting
