The Project Coordinator with general direction ensures the project is effectively resourced and manages the relationship with a range of groups. The Project Coordinator works with the team and the customer to ensure that all project tasks are planned and prioritized to meet all scheduled milestones and deadlines.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Works with the team and the customer to ensure that all project tasks are planned and prioritized to meet all scheduled milestones and deadlines.
- Document communications with clients and vendors via salesforce activities.
- Plans and organizes the scheduling of resources for the implementation.
- Communicates project schedules/project plans to Greenway project teams.
- Coordinates field services technician schedule with customer for hardware installations.
- Managing risks and issues and taking corrective measurements.
- Operate as the single point of contact for all departments and ensure that team members prioritize customer requests and provide implementation time estimates and project planning.
- Keeps projects current with Greenway’s Services Methodology.
- Manage the project using all the features in Salesforce as needed to include Activities, Risks, Milestones and Tasks. Ensure that all fields are complete and accurate throughout the life of the project.
- Document all time in salesforce and approve timecards on a daily basis. Ensure that all timecards are submitted and approved before the designated deadlines.
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate degree in CS or MIS preferred
- One (1)+ years of experience as a project coordinator or similar role, preferably in a healthcare or software development environment.

- Previous healthcare experience is a plus
- Specific knowledge of Greenway ’s products and services offerings are preferred.
- Willing to learn and adapt as our business evolves to execute faster, with flexibility and resourcefulness
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- While at work, this position is primarily a sedentary job and requires that the associate can work in an environment where they will consistently be seated for the majority of the workday
- This role requires that one can sit and regularly type on a keyboard the majority of the workday
- This position requires the ability to observe a computer screen for long periods of time to observe their own and others’ work, as well as in-coming and out-going communications via the computer and/or mobile devices
- The role necessitates the ability to listen and speak clearly to customers and other associates

While this position is primarily remote, please note that if you reside within a 26-mile radius of our corporate office, you will be required to work in a hybrid capacity. This means you will be expected to work on-site at the corporate office for part of the week and remotely for the remainder.
