About this role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to enhance our customer experience in Greece and other International countries. Therefore it is imperative that you possess an excellent command of the Greek and English language, both in writing and verbally.

Customer Care Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding our customers through features and functionalities.

To be successful in this role, you should be genuinely excited to help customers. You should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust, have an undoubted desire to help and always look at the details. You should be patient, empathetic, and have the ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes. Your goal should be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction through every medium (phone, chat, email etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Provide timely and accurate assistance to customers via phone, email, chat, or social media, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Offer personalised assistance to the customers, paying attention to their specific needs and preferences and focusing on the solution.
  • Address any issues or problems customers may have with their collaboration with professionals, being proactive wherever possible.
  • Educate customers on our product and its features, and proactively address any issues or problems they may have.
  • Monitor social media comments and engage with customers as needed.
  • Provide feedback on customer pain points and needs to improve our product and customer experience.
  • Manage back-office tasks related to customer accounts and job progress.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different user personalities.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Greek and English; proficiency in other European languages such as Spanish, German or Portuguese is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems, and knowledge of Salesforce and Zoom Contact Center is considered a plus.
  • Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving skills, empathy, and a passion for providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Have lived abroad using English as primary language
