We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Customer Care Specialist to enhance our customer experience in Greece and other International countries. Therefore it is imperative that you possess an excellent command of the Greek and English language, both in writing and verbally.
Customer Care Specialist responsibilities include resolving customer queries, recommending solutions, and guiding our customers through features and functionalities.
To be successful in this role, you should be genuinely excited to help customers. You should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust, have an undoubted desire to help and always look at the details. You should be patient, empathetic, and have the ability to put yourself in customers’ shoes. Your goal should be to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintain high customer satisfaction through every medium (phone, chat, email etc.)
