About this role

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for anyone who wishes to acquire and develop strong communication and commercial skills.

Initially, you will be part of our Sales team where you will be responsible for recruiting and developing our team of professionals in various professional categories. To achieve this, you will have daily meetings with tradesmen of different categories in order to register them in our service and explain the benefits of using it. The company has an office (in Dublin), but several of these meetings will take place in the professionals’ places.

Later on, you will be exposed to all segments of our Supply nurturing funnel, assuming various roles within our Operations/Commercial teams, that meet your strengths. To succeed, you must possess a combination of strong communication and project-management skills.

This position is very crucial as our customer service depends on the number and quality of professionals that participate in our team. For this reason we offer a competitive salary and great potential for growth within the organisation.

Requirements

• Fluent written and spoken English
• Very good communication skills and extroverted personality
• Passion for sales, strong ambition to achieve goals
